Artemicia Nisyrios
Child and Family Consultant MAASW (Acc)

Artemicia and is an active member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (Medicare provider).
She is highly experienced with two decades of practice in her role as a Family Consultant and Expert Witness, including appointments under Regulation 40 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and extensive work as a private practitioner.
Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the psychological impact of separation and conflict. Artemicia is committed to a child-centered approach, ensuring that children’s perspectives and experiences are thoughtfully considered and respectfully integrated into her practice.
Her practice is informed by trauma-informed and attachment-based principles, and she takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach to ensure that all adults and children are supported in ways that respect their unique experiences and needs. At the core of her practice is a commitment to helping families navigate complex circumstances with insight, care, and a focus on the safety and wellbeing of the child.
Beyond her assessment work, Artemicia offers consultation with parents experiencing separation and parents who are needing support to navigate the challenging process of litigation. Her practice also includes providing mediation and parenting plans, family therapy, reunification, and Court Ordered supervision. Artemicia offers consultation to a wide range of professionals, including solicitors, social workers, and mental health professionals.
She also provides supervision to family consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and supporting professional development.
Clinical & Forensic Psychologist
Steven Wright

Steven Wright is a senior leader in youth mental health and a registered Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, with a Master of Psychology and over a decade of experience working with clinical populations across community and forensic settings. He is a Full Member of the Australian Psychological Society (Clinical and Forensic Colleges).
Apart from his work at Mindsight, Steve is Executive Manager, Child, Family & Youth Services at a large not-for-profit agency where he provides strategic leadership and executive-level oversight of a broad portfolio of youth mental health and psychosocial programs. He is deeply committed to reducing the number of young lives lost to suicide and to ensuring that all young people—regardless of background—can access high-quality, youth-focused support tailored to their individual needs.
Clinically, Steven specialises in psychological assessment and intervention, with particular expertise in anxiety disorders, trauma, and adolescent mental health. His primary treatment modalities include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and mindfulness-based interventions. He is also a published author of peer-reviewed research and a regular presenter at professional conferences.
Steven’s leadership is grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and a clear vision for systemic improvement in mental health care for young people and families.plans, family therapy, reunification, and Court Ordered supervision.
